- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the office
- Responsible for all staffing issues including hiring, training, performance reviews, etc
- Manage the budget
- Complete daily/weekly staff schedules and backfill any last minute vacancies
- Work proactively with clients to maintain excellent service levels
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience managing 10+ people
- Strong scheduling experience
- Excellent client management skills
- Detail oriented and organized
