By delivering and continuously refining onboarding and performance initiatives, you’ll directly empower our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to win. Your work will ensure our sales teams are always prepared, aligned to buyers’ needs, and equipped to build quality pipelines that will help them close deals faster. You’re a catalyst for professional development and a key driver of our collective success, impacting time-to-productivity, pipeline health, and overall sales effectiveness.This role is crucial in empowering our teams. You'll be responsible for delivering and coordinating various onboarding initiatives that ensure our people have the knowledge and resources they need to excel. This role is hands-on, partnering with various other enablement professionals to ensure ongoing effectiveness and continuous improvement in what we deliver to the field.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS-Deliver enablement: Design, develop and deliver on-demand learning, training sessions/workshops, and other enablement initiatives.-Program governance: Ensure our enablement programs are effective and consistent across the organization.-Coordinate events: Plan and execute enablement events as required.-Manage projects: Manage enablement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting their objectives.-Drive continuous improvement: Work with key stakeholders and other enablement teams to collect feedback, analyze data, and refine existing programs to make them more impactful.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED-Bachelor’s in Education, Business, Human Resources, other related field or preferred, with 2-3+ years of experience in global tech organizations.-Expertise in adult learning principles, blended learning, and virtual classroom technologies.-Experience in B2B sales is an asset.-A keen eye for design and creative thinking.-Initiative. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve.-Strong analytical skills to assess needs, design solutions, and measure the impact of enablement programs.-Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt with ease to new challenges and priorities.-Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow in the enablement field.-Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.-Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word as well as learning authoring tools such as Synthesia, Articulate etc...ONE LAST THINGOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
