Le ou la titulaire du poste doit effectuer différents types d’opérations de peinture, incluant la préparation, le masquage, l’application de la peinture et le nettoyage de composants et d’équipements fabriqués, à l’aide de divers types de peintures et revêtements liquides, tout en respectant les normes de qualité établies.Des tâches additionnelles peuvent inclure la finition des pièces, la préparation du matériel avant expédition ainsi que l’emballage.Responsabilités :

Peindre des composants et des équipements fabriqués à l’aide d’un pistolet de pulvérisation à assistance pneumatique,
Préparer les surfaces (nettoyage, lavage, ponçage, masquage, etc.),
Sélectionner le type de peinture ou le mélange approprié selon les spécifications prédéterminées,
Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements de peinture, de ventilation et les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI),
Gérer et maintenir les inventaires de peinture,
Effectuer le nettoyage manuel à l’aide de brosses métalliques ou de tampons abrasifs afin d’enlever les saletés tenaces, dépôts de carbone ou autres résidus sur les pièces de soufflerie,
Exécuter diverses tâches connexes, telles que la réception et la préparation des expéditions,
Opérer un chariot élévateur

Compétences et exigences:

DEP en carrosserie ou AEP en peinture industrielle
Toute autre combinaison équivalente de qualifications et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée
Maîtrise des machines techniques et des équipements de levage
Minimum de 6 mois d’expérience de travail dans un atelier de peinture industrielle
Familiarité avec divers équipements et outils propres au métier
Rigueur et souci du détail

Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression
Rigueur et souci du detail
Bonnes habiletés interpersonnelles et attitude positive
Excellente dextérité et très bonne coordination œil?main
Capacité de lever occasionnellement des charges lourdes (jusqu’à 50 lb)

For more information visit: www.irco.com.Job Overview:The candidates must perform different types of painting operations (including preparing, masking, painting and cleaning fabricated components and equipment) using various kinds of liquid paints and coatings while making sure to meet quality standards. Additional tasks may involve parts finishing, pre-shipping material preparation and packaging. Responsibilities: · Paint fabricated components and equipment with an air-assisted spray gun,· Surface preparation by cleaning, washing, sanding, masking etc.· Select appropriate paint type/mixture according to pre-determined specifications · Clean and maintain painting, ventilation, and personal protective equipment,· Maintain paint inventories· Manual Scrubbing using wire brushes or abrasive pads to scrub stubborn grime, carbon deposits, or other residues from blower parts· Various related tasks such as receiving and shipping preparation, operating· a forklift, Skills/Requirements:

DEP in bodyworks or AEP in Industrial painting
Other equivalent combination of the required qualifications will be considered.
Proficiency with technical machinery and lifting equipment.
Have a minimum of 6 months of working experience in an industrial paint shop.
Familiarity with various trade-related equipment
Good organizational skills and work under pressure,
Diligence and attention to detail,
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude,
Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Be able to occasionally lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
