As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading data conversion activities, interface development, and configuration specification gathering across multiple government departments and external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data conversion from legacy loan systems to the HNB solution using vendor-provided data loaders.Produce interface specifications between the HNB solution and external systems, including Oracle Financials/Fusion, banks, and other government entities.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document configuration and technical requirements.Identify business risks, issues, and conflicts arising from change requirements.Collaborate closely with technical teams, QA, trainers, and change managers to support testing, deployment, and training.Develop supporting documentation including SOPs and user guides.Participate in project team meetings and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.Mandatory QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting information systems in government service delivery agencies (e.g., SNB, SD, NBHC).Minimum 3 years of experience in IM/IT projects involving data conversion and/or interface specifications between systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsProven experience facilitating workshops, gathering business/user requirements, designing business processes, and implementing IT solutions (minimum 5 years).Hands-on experience working on systems for government service delivery agencies.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising internal and external stakeholders and vendors.Experience producing technical interface specifications for systems such as Oracle Financials, banks, or public-sector organizations.Strong background in data migration from legacy IT systems; COBOL experience is an asset and will be scored higher.Experience in one or more of the following:Housing sector or housing management systemsFinancial systems involving small-to-large loansCommercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions
