Onshore Payroll Lead

• As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Canadian Payroll is required.
• Master proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is recommended.
• Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Implement best practices for application configuration and release management.
• Conduct training sessions for team members to share knowledge and improve overall team capabilities.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address any issues to maintain system stability.
