- Manage a team of professionals and engineers and implement methods and procedures according to corporate standards.
- Oversee the direction of projects executed in the team. (Environmental impact study, permitting, environmental management, biophysical monitoring etc.).
- Ensure collaboration within the team, across the Environment technical professional organization and with other technical professional organizations within AtkinsRéalis.
- Optimize the utilization rate of the team.
- Identify and assign qualified team members for bid collaborations and on project execution.
- Contribute to workforce planning through the identification of appropriate skillsets and capabilities to support the delivery of current and future market strategies.
- Actively participate in the preparation of proposals setting strategy, financial objectives.
- Actively participate in the professional development of the department's employees to maintain a renowned expertise in environmental assessment.
- Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services offered deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
- Inspire/conduct a culture of excellence and innovation that delivers exceptional client outcomes, recognized through industry awards and exceptional client feedback / repeat business.
- Be a leader of Atkins Realis’ safety, ethics & compliance, equality, diversity, and inclusion culture.
- Provide support to our multiple business lines to deliver on their project’s environmental mandates.

- Bachelor's degree in an environment field.
- At least 10+ years of relevant technical experience, with at least 5+ years in people management.
- Client centric and able to deliver client success and / or sales.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Be recognized for your leadership and excellent interpersonal skills while ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong people leadership skills demonstrated by collaboration, empathy, and people development.
- English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
