- Conduct comprehensive assessments focused on cognitive, emotional, and functional impacts of concussion.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with WSBC guidelines.
- Provide education and strategies for symptom management, pacing, energy conservation, and return-to-work planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive, goal-oriented care.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation and communication with WSBC and other stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological (mTBI), and mental health conditions with head injury or concussion management specialization is a strong asset.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience supporting WorkSafeBC, Canadian Veterans, ICBC, long-term disability, and referrals is a plus.
- Passion for professional growth with a commitment to ongoing learning.

- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred but not required.
