- Lead detailed risk analyses, audits, and inspections to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop, deliver, and oversee advanced health and safety training programs for leaders and employees.
- Manage incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee PPE use, emergency response planning, and the implementation of site-level safety projects.
- Teach proactive risk management strategies to support organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and communicate key H&S results and metrics to management and stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and its plant-level application.
- Proven experience in risk analysis, safety audits, incident management, and corrective action planning.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
