As their team grows, they are looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead major industrial and commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area. A strong, pipeline of large scale, technically complex projects across the GTA
Exposure to an integrated delivery model where construction decisions are supported by in house development, design, and technical teams

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

You are a senior site leader who thrives in high accountability environments and takes ownership from day one
You've successfully delivered large ICI or industrial projects. ideally from early works through close out, with safety, schedule, and quality fully aligned
You understand that great sites don't happen by accident: they're built through planning, sequencing, logistics, and strong relationships
You lead from the front, setting the tone for safety, collaboration, and performance with trades, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams
You're calm under pressure, decisive when it matters, and always thinking two steps ahead
You value structure, communication, and coordination, and you expect the same from the teams you lead
