Your protective nature and attention to details will play an important role in our success. Here, your work is appreciated as much as your individuality and you will be supported in all of your efforts.What you will do:Ensuring security and safety of all property, clients, and employeesWelcome and acknowledge patrons according to the company standardsProvide access control for the propertyProtect the property by performing patrols and report hazards and deficienciesAbility to complete detailed incident reportsEffectively use security equipment, i.e. radios, cameras, printers, computers, and electronic lock systemsOperate as a member of the Emergency Response TeamReporting occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situationsInputting of all actions in an electronic Shift Activity LogExposure to Fire, and Life & Safety systemsAvailable to work all shifts including holidays, weekends, nights, and eveningsPerform other duties as assignedWhat you will bring:Prior work experience in a high paced customer service-oriented environmentA history of thriving in stressful situationsValid provincial Security Guard LicenceValid First Aid, CPR level C, AED certificationsKnowledge and application of Municipal, Provincial, and Federal statutes with attention to the Trespass to Property ActWHMIS and other safety courses an assetCCure and IndigoVision experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)​
