OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in financial services marketing, campaign execution, and customer acquisition strategies to support the delivery of large-scale marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners — including product, analytics, creative, and agency teams — to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance customer experience.This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working across multiple channels, stakeholders, and campaign frameworks within the financial services sector.Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office)
Contract Length: 12 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)
Hours: Standard business hours (EST)
Pay: T4: $35 / IC: $40RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Elicit, develop, and execute marketing campaign strategies to support customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans across traditional and digital channels.
  • Conduct campaign analysis, performance tracking, and optimization to improve customer engagement and revenue outcomes.
  • Develop and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery and measurement of campaigns.
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, and proactively manage them throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise marketing standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–4 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within acquisition or customer growth portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution, media planning, and creative development processes.
  • Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agency collaboration and managing external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence.
Preferred
  • Experience in a large enterprise or regulated financial institution.
  • Exposure to both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, tracking tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience working within governance, compliance, or risk frameworks.
Education
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
