This requires finding sales opportunities, contacting potential customers, demonstrating the industrial product or service and closing the sale with the customer. Due to the geography, this role will also include supporting the construction, commercial and residential markets along with its customers and contractors. Leverages existing resources to identify and execute new business opportunities. Implement sales plans and growth strategies, to achieve annual performance objectives. Prepare sales proposals and value propositions to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Understand, and be responsive to, market conditions and competitive activities. Provide technical assistance to customers and channel. Maintain CRM database, provide input on monthly sales forecasts based on negotiation activity and customer/channel feedback. Collaboration - Achieve team Orders and Sales goals. Maintain co-operative and credible working relationships with internal personnel, to consistently exceed customer expectations. Customer Relationships - Cultivate customer, channel, relationships and attend customer entertaining events to build relationships with clients. Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing customer's expectations. Conduct product training to expand customer, consultant and channel knowledge. Develop bid strategies and quotations for customers using price and delivery guidelines, applying sound business decisions to enhance sales volume and margins. Identify customer needs and prepare value propositions to satisfy customer expectations. What will make you successful? College Diploma or university degree or Red Seal electrician from accredited institution Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electrical industry Must possess a valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future University Degree or College Diploma, related to technical field in Power and Control 5+ years of sales experience in electrical industry Specific Site Industrial Training and related Electrical and Safety Certifications
