You will be the primary point of contact for the IT Help Desk, providing support to end users. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing work within our summer projects schedule. This will include, but is not limited to, rolling out new computers to staff as well as upgrading our existing fleet to Windows 11.This position provides the successful applicant with a unique opportunity to develop their skills and experience across the many different business units that it takes to run a mountain resort. These include lodging, food and beverage, guest services, mountain operations, retail and rental.Essential functions:
  • Provide support to end users for all resort systems (Windows, Office365, VOIP, POS systems, etc).
  • Complete project work including rolling out new computers and our Windows 11 upgrade project.
  • Assist IT Applications Specialist and Systems Administrator as required.
  • Contribute to IT knowledge base.
  • Work over Saturday/Sunday may be required.
Education/Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Windows 11.
  • Experience with Linux a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking a plus.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with a diverse team of people.
  • Honesty and confidentiality are a must.
