- Lead projects from project initiation to implementation, focusing on delivering business outcomes that meet or exceed expectations
- Lead and coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Manage project plans, status reports, budgets, and allocations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of project goals and objectives
- Collaborate and facilitate communication with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and platform stakeholders, to achieve shared goals
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Develop and implement Agile strategies, processes, and practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure project performance, and provide insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- 10+ years of experience delivering medium to large software projects ($3.0 MM to $7.0 MM) including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and allocations
- 5+ years of relevant experience in payments technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a strong background in Agile principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Ability to manage project and business risks, including project interdependencies, and resolve issues effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions
- Previous experience delivering payments initiatives within Canada and US, focused on low value payments, RTR, eTransfer or any other Interac products
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Knowledge of payments technology, and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks is an asset
