Description :Business Analyst – Finance & Cross-Functional OptimizationPosition Summary Richter is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong foundation in finance and a proven ability to work across multiple administrative functions. This role is approximately 50% focused on Finance and 50% on other departments, including Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations. The successful candidate will not only analyze data but also apply their expertise to optimize processes, recommend improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
