
SALES REPRESENTATIVE

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals in the Greater Vancouver Area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Conduct site visits to assess cleaning needs and gather requirements for proposals
- Prepare and present customized cleaning service proposals and quotes
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and pipeline
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Attend local networking events and industry functions to promote company services
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Knowledge of the local Vancouver market is a strong asset
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM software
