Welder/Fabricator

• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements to accurately fabricate components
• Prepare materials for welding using angle grinders and other tools as required
• Weld, assemble, and produce parts in accordance with production and quality standards
• Set up and operate various shop equipment, tools, and machinery related to the role
• Follow all safety protocols, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment and machine guarding
• Keep workstations organized, clean, and free of safety hazards
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations consistently
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and core values

• CWB welding certification or a minimum of 3 years of hands-on welding experience
• Experience welding jigs, fitters, and rails using both steel and aluminum
• Strong ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and specifications
• High attention to detail with solid hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform well under pressure with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Effective decision-making and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge and experience using metal-shaping equipment and hand tools
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Experience or exposure to welding robots, CNC plasma, CNC brake press, or CNC shear equipment is considered an asset
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Manufacturing facility with a production-floor setting
• Exposure to shop conditions including noise, dust, and machinery
