- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes-from job posting to onboarding.
- Support people leaders with employee relations, performance management, and development planning.
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, training hours, etc.).
- Coordinate internship and educational partnership programs with colleges, universities, and high schools.
- Guide change management efforts as new systems and internal programs are rolled out.
- Champion a culture of learning, openness, and belonging.
- Support grant applications and HR-related reporting (e.g., training or innovation-based funding).
- Contribute to strategic people planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills-you build trust easily and communicate clearly across all levels.
- A confident grasp of core HR practices (hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, engagement).
- A passion for working with great people and helping them grow.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while staying organized and adaptable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and a willingness to learn internal HR systems.
