Start Date: September 2025Job Duties Include:
- Assist the First Cook, and Chefs in food preparation and baking breads and other baked goods according to recipes and Fairmont standards.
- Ensure food is presented in an attractive manner and adheres to the established plating standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and prevent contamination
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen required.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 25 kg
