- Generate qualified leads via outbound campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business.
- Manage and grow client relationships through renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Track sales activities and client touchpoints using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Monitor usage and customer satisfaction, providing proactive support and insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to onboarding resources, sales scripts, and internal playbooks.
- Meet performance KPIs across sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention.
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, and renewals.
- High volume cold calling
- Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with exposure to both B2B and B2C sales.
- Industry knowledge in finance and/or insurance sectors is beneficial.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
