You will work within a multi-disciplinary team of functional and technical consultants across HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Data Conversion to design and deploy scalable payroll solutions that align with client objectives.On a typical day, you will:

Partner directly with client payroll, HR, and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, legislative considerations, and operational processes.
Facilitate working sessions to design and configure Workday Payroll solutions that align with both business needs and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll integrates seamlessly with Time, Absence, Benefits, and downstream financial systems.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work closely with the Project Manager to escalate and resolve challenges while maintaining timeline integrity.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Canadian payroll operations, including payroll data management, reconciliation, and compliance.
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures, business processes, and upstream/downstream system impacts.
Holds a Canadian Payroll Association designation (PCP or CPM) or is actively pursuing certification.
Experience supporting or implementing Workday Payroll or comparable cloud-based payroll solutions preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of provincial and federal payroll legislation, including statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios and translate requirements into accurate system configurations and process solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution in a client-facing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced project setting.
Recognized for strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
