- Manage the full procurement lifecycle for construction subcontracts, including sourcing and pre-qualification in line with owner and project requirements.
- Prepare and issue RFPs per company and client procedures; coordinate bidder communications; analyze bids with stakeholders and produce recommendation reports for project management and the owner.
- Draft letters of intent/award and develop subcontract agreements using standard terms and conditions; lead negotiations through final approval by senior management and the client.
- Administer change management, including entitlement evaluation, change-order negotiation, and ensuring best value for the project.
- Prepare monthly progress payment certificates for subcontractors and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
- Support Project Controls with accruals, end-of-life forecasting, and cashflow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and client policies, procedures, and regulatory standards across all contract administration activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).
- 5+ years in contract administration, subcontract administration, or procurement roles, ideally on construction or engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience preparing and issuing procurement documentation (e.g., RFPs/RFQs, bid packages).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines; goal-oriented and accountable for deliverables.
