Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyPerform basic assembly, packaging, or processing tasks according to production guidelinesInspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issuesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work areaLoad and unload raw materials and finished goods as neededKeep accurate records of production output and material usageSupport maintenance teams by reporting equipment malfunctions promptlyCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsAdhere to company policies and manufacturing standards at all timesPerform other general labor or manufacturing tasks as assignedQualifications
