We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser / Retail Store Clerk to support a growing wholesale distributor in south end Barrie. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking guaranteed hours and can commit to a full time work schedule.This job offers

Day Shift (8:30am- 5:30pm) Mon - Sun
$17.60/hr starting wage
40 - 45 hrs per week and weekly pay • Public transportation accessible

What you'll be doing

Receiving dry goods (flour, rice, sugar, various boxed food)
Unloading from skid and neatly organizing on shelves, helping customers
Merchandising of various store goods
Retrieving shopping carts and bringing in store
Stock shelves and keep stock clean and in order, general housekeeping

Skills and experience that make you a great fit

2+ years in retail sector or merchandising role
Excellent work ethic, great attendance, team player
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to at least 25 lbs - 50 lbs throughout day
Positive attitude and collaborative approach to working in a team
Previous experience working with SKU's, basic understanding of inventory
