- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying with precision.
- Install cabinets, flooring, siding, roofing, and other building components utilizing hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to meet quality standards.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate CNC machines and assist with manufacturing processes when required.
- Measure materials accurately for construction estimating and project planning purposes.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Apply handyman skills for miscellaneous repairs and assembly tasks across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general contracting.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating software is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, rebar installation, drywall installation, and siding is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in restoration or renovation projects will be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments.
- Strong understanding of safety standards within the construction industry is essential for success in this role.
