Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?RBC Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead the Relationship Management key businessvision & strategy. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, Investment Advisor / Counselor teams and clients – shaping and executing on the product vision and roadmap, setting product vision, strategy, backlog prioritization, and providing support to cross-functional partners in IT, Training, Communications and Change Management, while ensuring that our solutions deliver exceptional value and meet evolving market demands.What will you do?
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Help create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with WMCs digital strategy and vision, track OKRs, and conduct quarterly strategy reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between product, technology, design, training, and Advisor/Manager stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and remove blockers.
  • User and Client Insight: Be the voice of advisor and branch teams in the field on CRM related projects. Conduct regular user and product analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Compliance and the various business areas (DS, PHN, Royal Trust, Fee Based, Family Office Services, IT, WM Digital, Change Management, Training, Communications, User Engagement, etc) to ensure all voices are heard and requirements understood
  • Helping to drive adoption of the tools that are implemented in the field
What do you need to succeed?Must haves:
  • Wealth Management Canada domain knowledge, particularly related to CRM (Salesforce) systems, processes, and documentation (incl. ClientSource, COB)
  • Professional and leadership experience in wealth/asset management or financial services
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to deliver presentations
  • Strategic mindset who challenges status quo
  • Ability to interface and influence all levels of management across the organization including executives
  • Excellent collaborator and stakeholder management experience
Nice-to-have:
  • Agile or Project Management experience
  • Technical fluency and product acumen; understanding of AI technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to toggle between high-level macro-strategies and detailed product execution situations
  • French language skills considered an asset
