Our client is a manufacturer of instrument panels as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry. We are currently looking for Production Team Members for all shifts, located in their facility in St. Mary’s, Ontario.   • Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Light to medium assembly of automotive interior products, primarily instrument panels
  • Work pace/repetitive movements includes part cycle times varying from 50 to 60 seconds per part at most workstations
  • Standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day
  • Lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to approximately 12 kg (26 pounds)
  • Use of hand tools such as a screw gun, heat gun, trimming knife
  • Using computers

  • Good manual dexterity and an eye for detail

  • Availability to work three rotational shifts, including midnight, afternoon and day shift
