
Accounts Payable Administrator

- Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support and assist the team with reports
- Perform all Accounts Payable duties and ensure vendors are well managed and payments are issued in a timely manner
- Coordinate Shipping and be the head liaison for truckers on site
- Provide backup assistance to Woods Clerk
- Other clerical and administrative duties as required
- Minimum of four years of administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills with a heavy focus on MS Excel and MS Access
- Strong attention to detail in accounts payable processes with proven accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Available to work between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration-related field
- Experience working in Oracle
