Our Vancouver based client is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Care & Service (CCS) SME to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a dynamic business environment, including leadership positions, project management, and strong SAP IS-U CCS design and configuration skills with a proven track record of success working on large, complex SAP related initiatives and SAP support processes, including SAP. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 - 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group and manage the operations and evolution of the SAP for Utilities CCS solution and related systems.
  • Provide expert-level advice regarding features and capabilities of the SAP CCS solutions and closely integrated components.
  • Develops strategy and sets direction for SAP CCS.
  • Identifies operations and project management process improvements based on business needs and best practices.
  • Track record of success working on large, complex SAP related initiatives and SAP support processes, including SAP.
  • Experience in SAP CX/C4C/Service Cloud is an asset.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or equivalent.
