Backed by a team of dedicated professionals and a commitment to continuous improvement, Dyno Nobel sets the standard for reliable and responsible blasting manufacturing and services worldwide.What You’ll Do:As a Sr. Underground Equipment / Mobile Processing Unit (MPU) Specialist, you will support MPU commissioning, startup, and field engineering activities, while serving as a key technical resource for equipment design and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties include:Lead and support MPU commissioning, startup, and field support operationsProvide oversight and technical direction to OEMs and MPU equipment manufacturersEnsure compliance with HSE, MSHA, OSHA, and hazardous materials regulationsReview and validate equipment design, fabrication, and engineering standardsSupport mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system troubleshootingManage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and operational proceduresConduct design reviews and vendor coordination for equipment fabricationDrive continuous improvement and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment performanceMaintain and update MPU specifications and engineering standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and field teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent underground / mining experience5+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environmentsStrong experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and equipment diagnosticsKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsProficiency in CAD (2D/3D) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesMust be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosivesPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.What We Offer:
