
CH&E Associate (Knowledge Mobilization) - Provincial System Support Program

- Planning and developing knowledge mobilization activities, such as conferences and special events, organizing project meetings and consultations, organizing communities of practice and their evaluation, and collaborating with CAMH Public Affairs, broader CAMH departments, AMANI program sites, and the Black Health Alliance
- Supporting the development and updating of the AMANI website, project-specific webpages, and marketing of online knowledge base resources
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of surveys, graphic design, data visualization media, and reports, which will including collecting and summarizing key performance indicators for AMANI programs/services and related initiatives
- Coordination of trainings, participant registration and tracking of participants
- Supporting the development of knowledge translation products, including online courses, outcome reports, and plain language summaries
- Creation and distribution of newsletters, and managing associated distribution lists
- Researching and synthesizing literature, and other duties including operational support to the Black Health Strategy team
- Other duties as assigned
