- Lead and coordinate end-to-end proposal development for bids, qualifications, and tender submissions (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs).
- Write, edit, and format proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, align messaging, and ensure accurate, high-quality, on-time submissions.
- Maintain and improve a centralized library of proposal content, templates, and standard materials.
- Package and submit completed proposals in line with client requirements and internal standards.
- Support marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social channels, including content creation and campaign coordination.
- Update website content and assist with basic digital marketing activities and performance tracking.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning and business development efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors (design, print, media) for proposal and marketing deliverables.
- Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and support reporting on proposal and campaign outcomes. n your own words, describe the duties, department and reporting structure for the position.
- 5+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or a related business development role.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience developing and managing proposals.
- Related industry experience is desired.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and well-structured content under tight deadlines.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and basic website content management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage external stakeholders.
- Must be willing to attend and partipate in events, this will include planning from a marketing perspective, events may be outside regular work hours.
- Annual salary rage is up to $100,000 depending on experience.
