Job Title: Production Support / Application Support
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 MonthsIntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated Support Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and performance of our production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL concepts and experience in production or application support.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Production Support / Application Support
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Familiarity with Windows / Linux environments
  • Basic log analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience or exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-critical environment
  • Additional certifications in ITIL or related fields
  • Experience with other IT service management tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide support for production systems and applications
  • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure system stability and performance
