I am looking for a part-time housekeeper for a private residence, able to contribute to maintaining a clean, well-kept environment and turnover service. The work primarily involves apartment cleaning, with the schedule spanning between 11 and 4 any day of the week. The role can suit a live-in candidate, but we prefer live-out applicants. We need of someone capable of various duties including but not limited to: thorough kitchen cleaning, exterior and interior cleaning of appliances, counters, floors, and dishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness both inside the home, the patio and the immediate front. Other duties will comprise of laundry tasks; washing, drying clothing, and household items. You will also be taking care of buying supplies for the unit while we are gone and other household errands while we are home. Plant care for the garden plants is another key responsibility. The right candidate will also see to maintaining household security, and possibly hiring and supervising other operational staff members as the business grows. The task of travel arrangements on behalf of the employer might be needed occasionally too. Lastly, your responsibilities will include bed making, linen changing, and making sure that the dwelling maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere. Given the nature of the responsibility, the role requires less than 20 hours per week. While no driver's license is necessary, we can provide a car for use on the job when needed.
