- Map user journeys, task flows and conduct user research to design software that fosters a customer-centric focus and align with the product strategy.
- Translate requirements into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to refine solutions while evolving a cross-product design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Engage stakeholders and participate in design reviews to gather actionable feedback and validate feasibility, clarify specifications and ensure alignment to business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support iterative design cycles through A/B testing, prototype testing, retrospectives and KPI/KOI review sessions to contribute in a continuous design refinement process.
- Learn, understand, and use data collected from research, user testing, and market analysis to create truly user-centered designs.
- Learn how to use our design system and design with components. Deliver UI that follows our interaction model.
- Drive growth and retention of our products by leveraging our product experience platform, UserPilot.
- Identify experience gaps through various analyses performed, such as path analysis to create actionable insights for designs.
- Regularly analyze customer behavior through both quantitative and qualitative means. This includes product usage and trend analysis, usability tests, and user feedback collection.
- Partner with product management and engineering to identify requirements, use cases, and user journeys for Sectigo products
- Illustrate and communicate design solutions across uses cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Optimize user onboarding to improve the initial customer experience, creating supplementary onboarding materials and guides to help customers reduce time to value.
- Measure progress by tracking metrics, interpreting the results, preparing detailed reports for all to understand, and uncovering any product problem points or improvement areas.
- Increase the customer lifetime value by identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells to ultimately drive revenue retention.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field is strongly recommended.
- Minimum of 3+ years of UX or Product Design experience using Figma for a component-based design system. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5+ years of direct product design experience.
- Strong grasp of information architecture, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards in product design.
- Portfolio or website demonstrating expertise in user research, design, and interactive prototyping.
- Proficient understanding of HTML & CSS fundamentals is required.
- Experience in Figma or an equivalent design tool is strongly recommended.
- An understanding of Agile development principles is strongly recommended.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
