If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The Opportunity Direct and supervise technical personnel to obtain optimum efficiency and effectiveness of equipment, while maintaining a safe working environment and manage CMMS or EAM.1. Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting of safety incidents and enforcing safety-related policies and procedures.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to Maintenance and Mold Set-up/Processing Technicians to prevent downtime and optimize machine, equipment and process efficiencies.
3. Ensure Mold Set-up/Processing Technicians conform to quality and customer expectations, meet cycle time, product weight, mold change requirements and troubleshoot processing and automation/robotics issues.
4. Promote scrap reduction through process controls and eliminating poor mold conditions.
5. Implement and set priorities for the preventive maintenance program, plan maintenance work, including time and resource estimates, part requisitions and schedules
6. Work with Maintenance & Mold Set-up/Processing team regarding tasks specific to work orders, inventory, assets, projects and labor management.
7. Liason with vendors and contractors and effectively manage EAM and all work requests.
8. Develop and coach Maintenance and Mold Set-up/Processing Technicians
9. Assist with the planning and scheduling efforts concerning major plant turn-around and equipment overhauls.
10. Meet with all shifts and maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shifts.
11. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement, SMED activities, including capital projects and major repairs.
12. Conduct annual performance review of Maintenance and Mold Set-up/Processing team members.
13. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automated and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance, and storage
14. Knowledge of technologies and applications used in automation and robotics, manufacturing products and in the optimization of manufacturing processes
15. Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations, and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site
16.
