• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on general merchandise and home fashion preferred
• Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing sales volume.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Inventory and warehouse management experience.
