Primary ObjectiveAs the Corporate Receptionist with Administrative Duties (12 Month Contract), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.Job DescriptionReception & Front-of-House· Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages.· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area and shared spaces (e.g., kitchen).· Monitor and order office supplies for all offices as required.Communication & Coordination· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.· Accurately relay messages and information in a timely manner.· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including organizing lunch meetings.Administrative Support· Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.· Set up projects in the accounting system.· Perform data entry, including vendor invoices.· Index, file, and archive corporate documents and records.· Complete bank deposits and enter transactions into the system.

Experience & Qualifications· Basic accounting knowledge and / or experience· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.· Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or office administrator role required.· Fluent in English, written and spoken· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
