- Source, procure, and expedite the delivery of inventory items and repair services to support operational requirements.
- Process and manage purchase orders for goods and services as needed.
- Maintain continuity of supply for critical inventory items and proactively communicate any risks or potential disruptions to operations.
- Obtain competitive quotations in accordance with procurement requirements.
- Resolve issues related to accounts payable, warehousing, and shipping.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including gap analyses and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and related procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to established terms, conditions, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct bid evaluations and provide sourcing recommendations.
- Support supply chain initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to confirm specifications, timelines, and requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or designate.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer proficiency required to effectively perform job responsibilities.
- Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required; inventory management experience is considered an asset.
- Professional certification or enrollment with ASCM (e.g., CPIM, CSCP), or equivalent experience, is considered an asset.
- Accounting knowledge or experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems effectively.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and develop innovative approaches to tasks and challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of communication and promoting safe, responsible work practices.
The position offers a competitive remuneration package including a salary range of $74,750 – $122,350 with additional benefits and incentives.Contact Us
