Mainframe Developer – COBOL, IMS, DB2, SAS

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, IMS, DB2, and SAS.
• Build and enhance batch and online processing systems supporting customer, collections, insurance, and banking applications.
• Develop ETL pipelines and data transformation processes using SAS, DB2, and AbInitio in UNIX environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Support production and QA teams, perform issue investigation, and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead and participate in conversion, migration, and integration projects involving large customer datasets.
• Prepare system test strategies, perform integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, and IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse).
• Experience working in a structured, scaled Agile environment.
