We are hiring a Commercial Fleet Account Executive to join our team! The successful applicant will be a high-performing B2B sales professional that will build and grow a commercial fleet leasing portfolio across Ontario and Canada.About Leggat National Leasing:Leggat National Leasing is a division of Leggat Auto Group, a family-owned organization established in 1922 with 11 dealerships across Southern Ontario.We specialize in commercial fleet, and pre-owned vehicle leasing for businesses in construction, trades, landscaping, delivery & logistics, service fleets, and specialty commercial applications. With access to 80% of major automotive brands, in-house finance, remarketing expertise, and a large dealer network, our team delivers flexible fleet solutions that help businesses grow.The Opportunity & Territory Ownership:In this role you will have the opportunity to build and own your commercial client portfolio, developing long-term relationships that generate repeat leasing business. This role operates with a high level of autonomy, allowing you to build your market presence and grow your book of business.What You will Do:
  • Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify business owners, fleet managers, and decision makers responsible for vehicle purchasing.
  • Present customized commercial vehicle leasing and fleet solutions.
  • Close new leasing agreements with small to mid-size commercial clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and follow up.
  • Stay current on vehicle availability, market trends, and fleet needs across industries.
What Makes You Successful:
  • 2+ years of commission-based sales experience (B2B, automotive, or leasing preferred)
  • Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with business owners.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
  • Organized and disciplined with pipeline management.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Passion for vehicles and helping businesses operate more efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario driver's license
  • OMVIC certification or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire.
