- Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Identify business owners, fleet managers, and decision makers responsible for vehicle purchasing.
- Present customized commercial vehicle leasing and fleet solutions.
- Close new leasing agreements with small to mid-size commercial clients.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and follow up.
- Stay current on vehicle availability, market trends, and fleet needs across industries.
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience (B2B, automotive, or leasing preferred)
- Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with business owners.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
- Organized and disciplined with pipeline management.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Passion for vehicles and helping businesses operate more efficiently.
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- OMVIC certification or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire.
- Base salary + uncapped commission.
- On-target earnings typically range from $90,000 - $140,000+ depending on performance.
