
Tenant Project Coordinator (16-month Contract)

- Coordinate review of design and engineering drawings by analyzing and distributing them to consultants and in-house operations personnel.
- Manage and maintain all Projects department documentation including contract, bulletins, plans, drawings database.
- Provide information and guidance to tenant designers, architects and engineers both verbally and by provision of suitable manuals and drawings to maintain the integrity of the CF property.
- Inspect tenant and base building construction to ensure work is completed on time and on budget with minimum disruption or downtime for tenants and clients.
- Collect data from contractors and consultants regarding budgets for base building renovations, demolition and restoration to standard to support project, leasing and accounting departments.
- Prepare and issue contracts.
- Issue purchase orders and process contractors' invoices for progress payments by assessing contract status, percentage of progress, consultation with architects, etc. to support accounting department.
- Develop scope of work for construction projects by creating detailed descriptions of requirements and RFP proposals to enable contractors to submit precise tenders.
- Evaluate and analyze construction tenders by comparing competitor's prices to ensure the best value for CF
- Manage office tower and retail tenant turnkey projects by coordinating all aspects and communicating with consultants, tenants and/or their representatives to ensure a seamless move into the property.
- Prepare and follow up on a deficiency report by inspection of construction. Coordinate with engineers to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with codes and standards to provide tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure tenant compliance by sharing information about the base building criteria and intent of base building systems.
- Monitor scheduled events, project achievements and submission of required information.

- Ability to read and interpret and present architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural drawings

- Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in one or more of the following: construction (field and office), project management
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, Construction Management or related fields
- PMP designation or working towards an asset
