Reporting to the Director, Solutions Marketing, this role owns the top-layer Microsoft value proposition in the market, articulating how our Microsoft capabilities come together across solutions, segments, and industries. You will ensure this narrative is consistently reflected in downstream solution messaging, go-to-market motions, and enablement experiences, while empowering Solutions Marketing portfolio owners to shape solution-specific positioning that aligns to and reinforces the broader Microsoft narrative.

- Define and maintain Softchoice's enterprise-wide Microsoft positioning, including core value propositions, differentiators, and strategic themes.
- Serve as the central owner and curator of all Microsoft messaging across Softchoice and World Wide Technology.
- Continuously evolve the Microsoft narrative using customer insight, market signals, competitive dynamics, and platform changes.
- Extend and adapt the narrative for priority industries and use cases, ensuring relevance across segments and verticals.
- Establish clear frameworks, guidance, and guardrails that allow solution teams to align to the Microsoft narrative while maintaining solution-level differentiation.
- Partner closely with Solutions Marketing Managers across Security, Modern Infrastructure, Data & AI, and AI-Powered Workplaces to ensure solution-level messaging reinforces and ladders up to the enterprise Microsoft narrative.
- Provide strategic direction and practical guidance to support consistent activation of Microsoft messaging across SMB/Commercial solutions.
- Act as the connective tissue between enterprise-level Microsoft positioning and solution-level execution.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement and GTM Enablement teams to ensure Microsoft messaging is embedded across enablement materials, plays, and field-facing assets.
- Partner with enablement teams to translate Microsoft messaging into simple, repeatable talk tracks and narratives that can be confidently articulated by sales teams across all segments.
- Ensure Microsoft messaging is not only accurate, but usable: designed for clarity, consistency, and adoption in real-world selling motions.
- Support enablement efforts by providing clear messaging frameworks that can be easily applied across training, onboarding, and ongoing field communications.
- Support marketing activation across Enterprise and SMB/Commercial segments, ensuring the enterprise Microsoft narrative is consistently reflected in campaigns, programs, and field-facing experiences
- Work cross-functionally with Microsoft practice leaders, sales leaders, and solution owners to ensure messaging reflects real capabilities, priorities, and customer outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor on Microsoft positioning across marketing, sales, and solution teams.
- 8+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or portfolio marketing within B2B technology.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, platforms, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Proven experience developing enterprise-level positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with enablement teams to drive adoption of messaging across sales organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with operational discipline and follow-through.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving or undefined problem spaces.
