A roofer at Flynn will be responsible for installing, repairing, or replacing four and/or single-ply commercial roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic composition on various sectors including but not limited to industrial, institutional and commercial buildings.Compensation:
$30-$33/hour (pay determined according to experience level)
Plus a $2000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment!
Overtime pay during holidays at a rate of 1.5x
6% vacation pay and 4% statutory pay on hours worked

Daily responsibilities:
Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC
Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
Cut roofing paper to size using knives; and nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials
