If so, then apply today.Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Talent Advisor/Workday who will lead the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in their own area of expertise.Responsibilities:

Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise in external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent
Manage end-to-end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program
Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provide insights on alternative practices and opportunities.
Execute on determined plans and provide insight/ guidance to clients on the benefits of approach
Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to the client's customer experience model
Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment
Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches
Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers
Promote the client's brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks
Lead advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet/intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate
Represent the client in various recruitment functions as needed
Generally interacts with executive-level managers up to and including the most senior management layers

Desired Skill Set:

Executive-level exposure, being a TA partner supporting executives who lead a business unit

(high business acumen) * Strong organizational skills

Recruited for a complex portfolio that crosses multiple lines of business

Nice To Have:

Bilingualism (French/English)
Knowledge of the banking/Financial services industry
Workday (HRIS) strong preference
