- Outbound sales calling to generate and drive ticket
- Provide consistent, high-level experience to all clients.
- Consistent outbound prospecting via phone, email and other technologies.
- Answer all inbound sales calls and assist clients as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell to maximize ticket sales.
- Maintain a detailed touchpoint history in the database by logging all customer data and interactions in a clear, timely manner.
- Stay up to date with all products, pricing, and benefits.
- Exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Work in conjunction with the entire Ticket Operations team to uphold the mandates of the department regarding sales and service goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated outbound sales experience and/or a post-secondary study in business, administration, or sports management.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experience as well as a solid understanding of how key customers and clients are to the success of the business.
- A determination to create new solutions or continually be creative to find new leads or brainstorm new approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven skill in juggling multiple priorities and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General business knowledge with a basic understanding of Saskatchewan Roughrider products and services.
- Willingness to be coached, with an appetite to learn and get better every day.
- Ability to work collaboratively, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, including all home games. Additionally, the availability to work longer hours during the season, especially home game days or days leading up to a home game.
