- Candidates with a Degree or certificate in:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Human Resources
- Project Administration or a related field
- Well organized administrative professional with strong attention to detail
- Experience in railway or construction, working on-site, or within a railway/industrial environment is considered an asset
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Experience with payroll support, time entry systems, or workforce tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Fiori, or similar platforms) is an asset
- Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems or work order processing is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with field staff, supervisors, and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ability to manage trackers, reports, and data accurately
- Ability to learn new technologies and software systems quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to provide prompt responses to inquiries and follow up consistently
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and operational data
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Oakville, Ontario, with occasional travel to nearby project locations (e.g., Guelph)
