- Manage the coordination of learning and development programs, including scheduling and logistics, participant registration and confirmation, and tracking participation and completion.
- Communicate with staff to promote programming, coordinate training sessions and to respond to questions and queries.
- Assist in the preparation and review of learning and development program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other support materials.
- Liaise with a wide range of external contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth running of L&D administration
- Monitor and maintain learning and development data, program records, including participant information, program evaluations, and feedback from instructors and participants for accurate reporting.
- Maintain the learning and development calendar and related schedules, ensuring that all deadlines and timelines are met.
- Provide support to the Learning and Development team as needed
- Diploma in relevant field or 2 years equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Education in the principles of adult education considered an asset
- Previous experience in Human Resources and with Learning Management Systems considered an asset
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care.
