Job Requisition ID #25WD90467Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Senior Experience Designer to help shape the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform. This is an integral role providing product design expertise utilized across the Autodesk ecosystem.**Must include resume and portfolio with password/access when applying**ResponsibilitiesYou will design and refine product experiences for the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform toolsYou will lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts, involving multiple complex systems and multiple stakeholdersYou will synthesize feedback and requirements, extend and create net new patterns and concepts, and advocate for customer-focused solutionsYou will conduct research and leverage data to guide decision-makingYou will have a thorough understanding customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectivesMinimum QualificationsYou have a proven track record of designing and delivering best-in-class experiencesYou are a systems thinkerYou are an effective communicator and adept at cross-functional collaborationYou have a solid understanding of human-centered practices and activitiesYou have experience working with AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Hugging Face, Cursor, Replit, DialogFlow, VoiceFlow, or n8nYou’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldYou have 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsYou stay up to date with trends and advancements in UX and AIYou have experience working as part of a platform team or environmentYou’re proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or FramerYou’ve received a master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldThe Ideal CandidateDemonstrates a passion for UX and product design and a keen interest in emerging technologiesPossesses strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detailExhibits excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindsetAre adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHas a human-centric mindset and are dedicated to creating intuitive, engaging experiencesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,300 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
