Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative

- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat & email from customers across Canada, in both English and French
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle incoming product orders and process orders
- Addressing customer order issues, providing a timely resolution and supporting the sales team
- Follow up with customers in regards to order status, pricing and shipments
- Provide customers with alternate products, product information and up-selling solutions as the situation requires
- Ensure customers are informed in regards to latest products
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service/ order desk experience, with the ability to recognize up-selling opportunities
- Industry experience within (and/or affinity for) Baby & Kids retail or distribution industry is an asset
- Fully bilingual English & French (oral and written)
- Must possess excellent overall communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and e-mail
- High energy individual with an optimistic attitude and who enjoys working people
- Ability to pay attention to detail, show initiative and be adaptable to change
- Team player, who can multi-task, prioritize a high sense of urgency and place an extensive focus on customer service
- Ability to learn product information, as well as up-sell when applicable
- Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm on a consistent basis at location
